1. When will I get my order?

You will receive your order in 6-11 working days with standard shipping.

You will receive your order in 3-5 working days with express delivery

2. How much are the shipping costs?

For orders more than £CHF49 delivery costs are FREE
For orders between £CHF19 and £CHF49 delivery costs are £CHF 9.00 with DHL and FREE with Royal Mail

For orders less than £CHF19 delivery costs are £CHF 6.99 with Royal Mail and £CHF 15.99 with DHL

3. How shipping is done and where you can send?

Deliveries are made by courier. Stikets only ships to UK mainland.

4.- Can I use the Name Stickers Labels in shoes?

Yes, you can. All Stikets labels are made of the same resistant material.

5.- Can I cut the Stikets to fit?

Yes, you can. Better to cut the Stikets to fit that tight spot than to lose the object!

6.- Are the Name Stickers Labels removable?

These Stikets labels can be removed, but very carefully. Once removed, however, they are not reusable.

7.- Do I have to use a picture of a person for the Photo Labels?

No, you can upload a picture of your dog, cat, hamster, favourite team, your car or anything else as long as it is not protected by copyright or against the law.

8.- Can I use just Last Names on my Stikets labels?

Yes, you can just put Last Name or just First Name, or just Telephone number or any combination thereof as long as it fits on the label.

9.- How do I know you have received my order correctly?

Once payment for your order has been approved you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive another email or SMS the day your order ships out.

10.- Are there instructions for the Name Stickers Labels?

No. Just keep in mind that to obtain the best result, the labels should be applied to clean, dry, grease-free and smooth surfaces.
